Great place for your loved one
Our therapy company has been contracted at Arden Courts for the last year and it's been a pleasure serving the community and working with the staff here. Everyone is very caring, helpful toward the care provided for the residents. Our department is able to communicate the needs of the residents from admittance to discharge from therapy to continue to carry because of the staff.

Great place for your loved one

Even better than home
The facility has a comfortable feel about it. It's clean and open including sensory area that residents can explore. I love walking along the park like trail with my friend. He can access that area safety anytime. Staff is friendly and caring. Nursing has called me unprompted just to let me know my friend was doing better after being ill. Moving him here was a tough decision, but I feel this place is even better than home.

Male caregiver on evening shift in awesome, friendly and kind. Female caregiver on days is wonderful, nice and so sweet. Both take such great care of my mom. Like having familiar GGS, for awhile seemed like always new people.

Mom is thriving here!
Our family is very pleased with the care my mom is receiving at Arden Courts. The facility is very well-staffed and all are extremely attentive to mom. They great her every time they see her and she seems to recognize all the staff members. We really like how active the residents are kept with daily activities like exercise, music, games, art and crafts and shocks... and mom seems to enjoy all of it. The staff is patient and caring and feel very comfortable leaving her in their capable hands.

Hospice Chaplain
[name remove] at Arden Courts is the best Activities Director in the area. As a Hospice Chaplain I visit many faculties. But at Arden Courts there is always on activity that engages people. Today I visited at lunch and [name removed] socialized and helped helped people eat. Her heart is in this work.

Very impressed, feel comfortable with mom here
Care givers and nurse are amazing. Mom gets exceptional care and she loves them all. She can be difficult but everyone handle here with care and compassion. I was very upset when we had to place mom in a facility. But we made the best choice. Everyone even office staff are amazing. I would recommend Arden Courts Anderson to everyone. I just want to thank you all for everything and giving our family peace of mind.

Activities are Awesome
I am constantly impressed with the activities that are available for residents everyday. My mom has participated in things like crafts and sing-a-longs and bowling to name a few. I am so happy to see her involvement. Afterwards. she benefits from a good nap after getting worn out. Thank you for all your efforts!

Loved the place, everyone seemed very nice, was very thankful that they picked up on a broken hip within the first 34 days of being there, which was from a previous home, but was not happy that they wouldn't take him back after the hip was replaced. But kept the money that had been spent when he was only there four days.

What I would say about ARDEN CT Anderson is that the key full-time people are fabulous and the ongoing activities are what is keeping my Mom there. They have wonderful intentions but are understaffed. All the residents are memory care and the setup is wonderful for them. Some of the agency people seem to care but still seems to be a breakdown of communication sometimes and sometimes the agency people are not as motivated or as engaged with the residents to ensure ALL THE NEEDS ARE MET. FOR EXAMPLE: Most residents need help toileting and eating. There are not enough checks for those things. The full-time people and trainers are spread thin.. WONDERFUL PEOPLE it is CLEAN, secure and well maintained for residents not for visitors which is best.

The best!
My mother was abused at another community and when [name removed] the executive Director saw the news story she stopped everything and reached out to me. I was unsure but she was totally honest with me and said she would like her teams to start caring for my mother.
My mother arrived at Arden Courts and was greeted by the team and immediately fell in love with them. My mother had been both physically and sexually assaulted at her previous facility, [name removed]. Arden Courts knew she had PTSD from the previous facility. My beautiful mother is suffering from advanced dementia.
She has only been a valued and loved resident of Arden Courts for only two months! The change has been nothing short of a miracle. She is back to talking, walking and boy is she eating well. I have been to Arden Courts at all hours. 12am, 3am, 7am and during the day. I have noticed nothing besides true loving care. No issue ever!
These people are experts in memory care. The best in the business.

I Absolutely love Arden’s court of Anderson Twp. The staff is AMAZING!! “[Name removed]~ ED she’s absolutely wonderful, My boo. [Name removed}~DON, she’s magnificent hard working gets things done. Mrs. “[Name removed]” always busy keeping thing order nice willing to always help. [Name removed]~ The fun funny energetic activities director. Keep doing so wonderful, the residents enjoy every moment! [Name removed]~ front desk assistant, so helpful keeps a smiling face. [Name removed] caregiver~ always smiling helpful willing to do it all for each resident. Yes the awesome [Name removed]~ Caregiver’s supervisor, she goes over and beyond for all Arden’s court residents without a problem… WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!!!??????

The staff there had good nursing kept us informed of any changes in mother's health. Aides were great with mom. Helped dress her and get her to dining room, and activities some aides have even there along time and loved the client's . It was also during Covid which was challenging to have staffing numbers to stay up. Activities director and helpers were fantastic keeping client's involved and out of their rooms. Director [name removed] was great. She stayed on top of everything. She involved families. Held parties for all holidays. Many events. Maintenance was on top of everything that needed done.
Hospice is excellent. They helped 2 x week with bathing. Podiatrist good came monthly. Staff MD was good wit mom and us girls. Listed to us about meds. CVS came in and vaccinated for covid which was wonderful.

What sticks out most is the staff, they have all been extremely friendly and caring.
The rooms in memory care are a nice size, they are also private.
I would for sure recommend Arden Courts for others looking for memory care for a loved one.

They are very short staffed. My loved one fell and broke her hip yet no one even saw it happen. Either hire more staff or don't accept more patients than staffed to handle.

A Very Good Place for Your Loved One
The service was good. [Name removed] was good to work with. The regular staff are terrific. The agency staff doesn't provide the care that the community's staff provides. There is no care on the weekend, as the agency staff are there, and not as attentive as the community's staff that is available during the week.
There were additional charges that weren't supposed to be made to my loved one's account. I was able to speak to someone after the fact and this staff member is trying to work on the refund.
