Great care and activities
The residents are all engaged and happy. Many events for Family to participate with loved one, 24 hour care for peace of mind and responsive staff. The property is beautiful with lots of walking trails, perfect for wanderers.

Overall the facility did a good job in the care of my family
Facility is well cared for, clean and very pleasant. Staff was friendly and seemed attentive when we visited. Unfortunately we lived out of state. My rating for the administration was based on the fact they were very attentive to our family while we were deciding on the facility and answered all the questions asked. After my sister and brother in law became residents the attentiveness seemed less important. Sometimes days went by before phone calls were returned. When they were returned they were apologetic. Difficult when you live far away from facility. Overall care was good.
Overall the facility did a good job in the care of my family. I would offer a bit of advice if a family member does not live in the vicinity of the facility they might have trouble receiving updated information. Not sure how this can be improved just something they should be aware of.

The cleanliness of this facility stood out for us. It's in a good location for access to the community around the residents. Housekeeping and activities are available as staffing allows. As with most places , staffing is an issue at times but that cannot be helped until more want to get back to work. I would recommend them to anyone.

My father was ultimately the one who made the decision on Arden Courts. He liked that it is small and only serves memory care patients. He also likes that there is an option for an all female cottage. We would recommend Arden Courts as there are many things to consider when evaluating a facility. The main issue we have had is communication. The drop off was not smooth and our updates after leaving her there were brief. There does not seem to be a daily log that can be communicated to families when inquiring about how our loved on is doing. We often get "I don't know" when trying to get information from staff. If family lived out of town and couldn't visit regularly, I would ask specifically how communication will be handled.
