I've been a resident for 2 1/2 yrs. and I am totally convince there is no better senior living facility. The residents here are so is the staff. So helpful they will stop what they are doing to help you. An open door policy from Ex. Director on down. We have the best transportation ever! Limousine service or valet service with no tipping ever. The chuffers treat us like we are their parents. So helpful in so many ways. We are so fortunate to be able to order from a full service menu plus 2-1 specials every night. Meals are priced reasonably with no tax. Life enrichment does a great job bringing in excellent entertainment as well as planned activities and trips. There are so many activities offered there is no way you could do them all. Anything you request the staff will do there best to make it happen.

excellent staff
The staff is always very helpful and kind. This summer the AC went out, during the 90 degree weather, and everyone went above and beyond to check in on each resident, made sure they had fans or portable AC unit. They also served popsicles, water, ice cream cold fruit and cool towels. Everyone did an excellent job!

I love my new home!
Even through I am still driving and do not need chauffer service. I still enjoy valet parking and help with unloading my groceries. I thoroughly enjoy being able to chose my meals from the menu. The kitchen staff is working to accommodate my need for gluten free options. Which I very much appreciate. I have made so many new friends in the last year I don't need to make plate for dinner because I enjoy dinner conversations with anyone I am seated. I love that everyone loves my day!

I love it here!
This is a place to not be afraid to come to, it is a place to come home. I don't know why everybody doesn't jump on this. I've visited all of the other options in town and even loved at another one. But I've lived here 7 years. I love it here. I'm not going anywhere. The food is fantastic! originally I moved here for the transportation in case I couldn't drive... and it is amazing. The thing I love best about this place is I haven't met I negative employee.

Used to play bridge there and have visited friends many times
I have many friends who live at One Lincoln Park and have visited and eaten there many times. I have never heard a complaint. The food was always delicious and I especially like the valet parking. I plan to move there in the next two years. I like the personnel, they are friendly and cheerful. I especially like the transportation by car that is readily avaliable at no extra charge.

A great place to feel at home and enjoy lots of social experience
A friend this place after visiting other places. We received personal attention and prompt assistance when needed. The food is far above average and free transportation is provided as needed communication with the residents is frequent and clear. It's fun to participate in special events for holiday. The staff is very good at orienting new comes, A plus is the one ownership and long tenure of the staff.

Would Love to Live There!
Looking for a place for my 79 year old brother who lives in Houston, Texas. It was absolutely amazing. Saw a one bedroom apartment and a two bedroom apartment. There are laundry facilities on each floor. Saw the dining room, the bistro, the fitness center, wellness center, beauty salon, the library, walking trails.

Great Initial Experience
I emailed One Lincoln Park as a potential place for me to move. They called me back quickly. They listened to my interests in apartments and showed me a couple, along with giving me a tour of the facility and having lunch with some residents. All the staff was friendly and when I decided I would move there, showed me a second set of apartments so I could choose the one right for me. I will move in within a couple of months. My experience so far has been that the staff has all been professional, helpful, patient, and kind. I am looking forward to moving in.

The Best Place to Live
My husband and I have lived at One Lincoln Park in Kettering for almost 4 years. The people who live here are happy and friendly. We appreciate having drivers to take us to the medical appointments and church. The food is great, with many choices from the menu. There are many activities to choose from, including exercise and various games. Independence is encouraged but there is help (aides)for people with limitations. The staff works hard to make sure everyone gets their needs met.

Did a tour for my mom
The building is beautifully designed. The rooms are unique for senior living. Much different and more creative than other 55 and older communities. They even have options to customize rooms. I was really impressed by that. Molly was very helpful and patient and answering all of my questions and concerns about my mom’s priorities. They have tons of services that they seem to offer to make life easier for aging seniors, even though it’s independent. I hope to get my mom in there.

Avoid at all costs
The executive director of this facility has been rude from the start judging me and my family as if we were trash. She has NEVER tried to be kind and my grandma reported the director gave her an ultimatum if she didn’t stop helping her family financially she would be on the streets my grandma was so concerned she felt forced and told our family the facility forced her to change banking info and everything. This director also allowed an aide to cuss horribly at me and other guests and her client came up and apologized for her aides behavior when this was reported the director disregarded my concerns and others due to her personal feelings about me and my family. I do NOT recommend this facility I’m a trained healthcare provider have been licensed since November of 2008, if I would act in this matter I would have been fired period. The aide even went around to other employees putting me down and spreading untruths around the facility. I bring food for the residents weekly and multiple times

A Place for Mom has scored One Lincoln Park 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
