Since moving here, my loved one has been hospitalized a couple of more times. She is still at Reserve, & we are very pleased with the staff, the surroundings, the cleanliness , the care she is receiving, activities, just everything about it

Be aware
Facility is constantly changing all levels of staff. Would not recommend this facility or any others for dementia care. MY HUSBAND HAD 24/7 CARE ( myself or my daughters)were in the facility around the clock in order for him to get the care that he deserved. Most, if any, other facilities would permit that.

Don't consider this place unless you don't care about your loved one
Disappointed! Waste of time! Waste of money! She was always dirty when I went to pick her up. I don't want someone to go through what we went thru my mom declined in the four weeks she was there. So sad and heartbreaking. So many false promises

I am totally satisfied with our experience at Reserve at Towne Lake!!
The facility is dedicated to only memory care. Compassionate care giving staff. There is also a wide variety of extra activities, especially music related activities.
I would absolutely recommend Reserve at Towne Lake, I go daily to see my wife and I always offer my opinion to people who are touring at the community.

Short staffing is negatively affecting resident care.
As you can see from my scores that this place has issues. I fear for the care of the residents. Short staffed. Turnover bad. Other facilities are having issues too. No one wants to work, and the pay is a factor for this type of work. I could write a book.

The new management is amazing! My mother lives here and each time i come to visit her she is always telling me about all the activities they do. I ask my mother all the time about the care and she says its amazing (& the food). Mother really loves the Activity Director [name removed] she says she is very creative and loves the entertainment each week. My mother is definitely in good hands of all the great caretakers and nurses..

A very caring, professional and loving atmosphere
I have just returned home to Indiana from a visit to my sister at The Reserve at Towne Lake. She has been a resident there for 15 months. The staff there is very attentive to the needs of all their "family" at The Reserve". The facility is very clean, beautifully decorated and the activities keep" all on the move". The residents are treated with respect and their skills are maintained to their level to provide them with the satisfaction that "I can do that". They provide nail and hair care, plus pictures of the "family" involved in activities, so I can see my sister on a regular basis and know she is in good hands. She recently had a health issue, and the staff was swift and confident in getting her the care she needed. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers for such wonderful and thoughtful care they give. The residents are very friendly too! They all smiled and waved as I passed by them.

Very pleased with his ability to be in a place where he was well taken care of
We could see the lobby inside of the community and it was nice, and the staff members were more than willing to work with you and were very caring. They did take good care of our loved one, but when it came to the business and money side of things that is where we felt somewhat disappointed.

From our understanding our loved one is well cared for, the two times we have been able to visit she was all clean and her hair was brushed. The community itself is clean, and its in a convenient area to where our loved one was prior, and convenient for us when we need to go visit. Also the price is pretty reasonable.

It started out very good but then went bad. The cleanliness of her apartment was ok. The management wasn't great; they didn't have enough personnel to take care of the residents. They did have a lot of staff turnover and the community was on the expensive side.

Not a facility for someone you love
I moved my family member from this facility because it was horrific. The only way it could be the best in Woodstock is that it would have to be the only facility.

The Best Memory Care in Woodstock, GA!
My mom started out going for day stay 2 times per week plus respite care when we had to travel starting back in early 2017. Almost a year ago mom became a full-time resident. It was a natural transition for mom. She knew the place and the welcoming staff. Shout out to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the many staff members that are there taking care of not only mom but all the other residents. They are amazing and very hands on! I cannot express fully how important it is that I feel that mom is in competent and caring hands. I drop in all the time with no rhyme or reason and have never been disappointed in mom's care. I wish she could still be at home with us but this is the next best thing.
