The staff is very good and welcoming there. As soon as my loved one entered the door, they were right there to help her.

The stay with Rose Garden has been great! We have used this facility before and that is why we are back. The therapy here is excellent and we are happy with the nursing care. I cannot think of anything I could mention in terms of where they can improve. If I have my wife there, I sure would recommend it to a friend.

The food is good. I find that my loved one has to wait too long for pain medications. It is hard to find out when the doctor will be there but they are very nice.

My mom came to the Rose Garden for rehab and recovery from surgery. I heard great things about the place before coming. As for the rehab services, they were pretty much non-existent. They would come into the room and my mom would refuse to go and they would allow it. I didn't know it right away and was never contacted and informed that she wasn't participating in the rehab. The facility also had an upper respiratory running rampant and of course my mom didn't escape getting it. Instead of moving her upstairs into the nursing home which she was now a resident of, they continued to leave her in rehab even though she wasn't getting out of bed..not even to shower. So in essence, they were double dipping for payment. A week after she was moved upstairs I was contacted and told that she was having difficulty breathing and they guessed that it was an anxiety attack and requested permission to give her xanax. #1 mom didn't have anxiety attacks in her whole life and #2 she had been suffering from an upper respiratory infection. So I'd like to know why they wouldn't have done a chest x-ray or sent her to the hospital for difficulty breathing. About 3 hours later my mom was deceased. The following day I didn't get a phone call from anyone at the Rose Garden explaining what happened. I think someone could have made a courtesy call and expressed their sympathy. I requested a meeting with the facility assistant director, [name removed] which happened yesterday. I found her to be cold and callous and explained that she feels our loved ones are sent there as their final resting place and to die. She said in the 25 years she has been there she has never called the family of a deceased resident to express her sympathy. My mom came from the Chelsea and the director there showed such empathy and respect for the residents and their families when they passed. To be honest, I have no idea how the Rose Garden received 5 stars...

Staff was caring and always avaible. The place is clean the food enjoyable. Between the rehab and taking care of my husband health needs, he was always taken care of. [Name removed] has owned the facility for over 30 yrs and takes a personel interested in his residents. Unfortunately my husband passed away in Feb 2018. The staff could not have been more compassionate to my grief. It was a long illness with him being in many Nursing facilities, with me having move grief than necessary. Thank you all Rose Garden, your care and concern made our families life a little less stressful.

It is good. They give her good care and the food is great. The aides check on her and wash her. She does go to the therapy and she refuses it sometimes. They are good. They try to help with everything. They are very friendly. The food is wonderful. This place gives the best food. If I want to eat with her, it costs me $5 and it is wonderful with a full meal. They come and get me and inform me. They are all so pleasant and nice. They greet me when I sign in.

I think everyone is pleasant and everything is being done in a timely manner. The nurses and PT people are great. The staff is very good and friendly. They always answer my questions promptly. Sometimes it takes time for help to the bathroom.

So far it's been very good. She seems to enjoy it. As long as she's happy, I'm happy. My momma loves the meals! It's very clean.

The attention to the patients is excellent. The place is gorgeous. They gave me enough to strengthen myself to get home. The nurses care is beyond reproach. They are there to help in less than a minute. I would only warn that the food is horrible.

I love it! They were wonderful every step of the way! I have recommended it to a friend already! The admissions director has been great. The nurses are so helpful. The facility is immaculate! I'm pleased with it! The meals are very good, she eats it all, she's picky, usually only eats my cooking so it's pleasing to see.

Everything is perfect. We talked with the admissions director and there are no concerns and they had a bed for her and it feels like a home away from home and it is like a family. The administrator goes above and beyond. The therapists are working with her. They are amazing and knew her and made her feel right at home. They treat her like she is their mother. They do not make you feel you are bothering them. The food is five star too! I called and they got her in there right away and the administrator helps right away.

So far so good, everything seems to going okay and getting better. The rehab seems to be good. It's once a day, she's up though with a walker. She eats in her room and hasn't complained. She's getting her appetite back so that's good.

The rehab is fantastic. The nurses are wonderful. The staff are willing to do anything. They are nice. The weekends are not enough staff and this makes it harder for others. If someone was in there alone it would not be good if there was not someone to speak up for them. He has trouble swallowing and they are working with him. He likes the breakfast. He eats in his room.

It is good but they are giving her the wrong food. That has been really good. We like the therapist. The food is cold and they give her wrong food sometimes. I am working with them on this.
