My father lives here. The people are very friendly, and the staff is very helpful. The meals are well done and lots of activities to do. Many options for types of living spaces and parking. highly recommend.

My new home
It gave me a new life. Living at Atria gave me back my independence and let me be myself. The staff here is friendly and hands on. They are always there to help when you need it. The overall feelings of the residents seem to be pretty happy and satisfied.

My Review of My Atria Chandler Home
I want to tell you how lucky I was to find Atria at Chandler. I wasn’t thinking about retiring last year then two hurricanes and the resulting electric fire destroyed my home. Turning 70 and frankly having my full of. Florida storms so my son brought me to lPhoenix. I was told of Atria and they called me until I finally decided to take a look. When the manager said to my son and I you look hungry how about some noodle soup and sandwich i was amazed and fulfilled. I signed up and I have been well cared for like when I was home. They feed us 3x a day with meals from a cook or the help that make cookies. They offer to clean my clothes, my bed with cleanave others do when living alone. They have many activities. They knew my name from the first week I came here. They do a great job trying to keep everyone happy and furnish you with wrist or neck alarms in case you need them. The people that tried other places say that this home is great

Great Staff!!!
My parents moved here in May of this year. All of us are so pleased with the staff and how wonderful they are with the residents. No place is perfect but they come close! My father is a social butterfly and he loves the interaction and tries to participate in as many activities as he can.
I would recommend Atria Chandler Senior Living to anyone looking for a great, affordable, secure place for their aging parents.

A Place I’m Proud to Call Home
I'm 67 and moving to Atria Senior Living was a big decision—but one I’m so glad I made. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel truly welcome and respected. They’re kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I’ve made wonderful friends here and enjoy a wide variety of activities—from happy hour and karaoke to painting classes and even cultural awareness days. The food is great, and the dining experience feels like a restaurant. I still have my independence, but I feel secure knowing help is there if I need it. Atria has given me a sense of community, comfort, and purpose. I feel happy, safe, and at home. If you're considering senior living, I highly recommend Atria. It's more than just a place to live—it's a place to truly enjoy life.

Outstanding management!
Moved my sister in law in a few months ago. So far we have been extremely impressed with the food and the multiple activities that are scheduled for the residents. The location couldn’t be better! Close to shopping, and hospital. We have enjoyed working with their staff, as they always follow up and follow through!!

I just wanted to say I am extremely happy where I'm at I have a kind of a social connection that I didn't have in Los Angeles. I have a great apartment more than enough space and I'm quite satisfied. The other place that you showed me was just what I left I only had to look at one picture and decline even though it was 8 or $[removed] less expensive

A good place to call "home".
I moved to Atria Chandler Villas, over three years ago, after the death of my wife of 56 years.
My children were helping me search for a new home in the Chandler area. One of them found information about Atria so we went for a visit.
Our unscheduled visit was on a day when the Sales Director was involved elsewhere, and we had a 15 minute wait to see the Director. While waiting for the Director, we talked with a very personable and knowledgeable young man who began to provide us a wealth of information about the facility, it's offerings and activities, until the Director became available. Turns out the knowledgeable young man was the Chef.
When the Director, arrived she offered us a wealth of information, took us to view available units, and we made the decision to rent a 2 bedroom apartment.
I have not regretted that decision.
This a friendly, comfortable, well staffed facility with a wealth of activities for residents and guests. I would do it again.

Excellent retirement community!
We really enjoyed our community tour. This is the first time we have checked out a senior citizen and we were very impressed! The sales manager was an excellent tour guide, the facility very clean and welcoming, and the residents seemed to really like living there. We really liked the floor plans as well as the community areas. It did not feel like an apartment complex. The menus offered a lot of food choices to satisfy almost all appetites. There are many offered activities daily so residents are able to socialize with other seniors. We really liked the transportation options and the fact one really doesn't need to own car. Location is very important to us and this community was a perfect distance. A downstairs unit plus being pet friendly are a priority and Atria checks off both those boxes. The villas are excellent and I can understand why there is a waiting list. The whole experience was definitely positive. Definitely worth the price.

Had room for improvements
Upgrade the apartments. They have never been upgraded, but they significantly raise the rents. When I was there, the food was always cold even in the dining room. The vegetables were always cold and not cooked well, either not cooked enough or cooked too much. The staff were cold and could actually be mean if they didn't like you - they were always looking for a reason to tell you what you did wrong. Maintenance never finished a project/repair in my apartment. My housekeeper was great, but they wanted her clean my apartment in 15 minutes which was so unrealistic. I did love most of the residents!

I am in heaven.
The food is wonderful. The housekeeping is wonderful. The waiters are wonderful. The golf carts are wonderful. The pool is wonderful. I love the party, happy hour. Excellent live music. It was a Bus ride to church, an Arts and Craft item made to decorate my front door, a ride to get my hair cut, or to the aquarium to enjoy the sites and aroma of the ocean I love so much, the Bible study where I was able to ask questions or having [name removed]lead the Friday dance exercise class. Being able to get a few items like milk, cereal, a banana or an apple from the kitchen between 1 - 3 …
Helping decorate the lobby Christmas tree, enjoy s’mores on the patio with friends and help plant vegetables and herbs in patio boxes.
Walking from the clubhouse where we can all enjoy happy hour or a game of “Wii Bowling” to a good dinner in the dinning room … if the walk is too much for us, a golf cart driver will gladly pick us and our walkers up and deliver us to our destination. Patient waiters/waitresses take my order and take time

Pleased Resident and Son
We are both happy we choose Chandler Villas. We looked at multiple options, but none were as friendly as here when we toured. Staff and residents were kind and all seemed to be happy. We are pleased it wasn’t a façade as it has still felt the same for my mom the few months she has lived there and I still feel the same warmth when I come to visit. She loves going to the activities and has made so many friends she has to switch tables every meal to sit with everyone. If you are in sure of a place for your loved one you won’t be disappointed with Atria.
