One of the owners, Bill, would even sit and watch old football games with my Dad and talk sports. [name removed] was always available by cell to answer any questions about his care. As my Dad's dementia progressed, [name removed] was able to explain how hospice care could improve his comfort and quality of life. When he passed, I felt love and support from the owners & staff as they were right there with us.
